Welcome to the 2020-2021 Player Registration with Deerfield High School Hockey!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Once you get to the Checkout page at the end of the registration, you will be given the option to choose "pay in full" or "payment plan".    Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Deerfield Hockey.   If you choose the payment plan option, the initial charge will consist of the $250 tryout fee, a $1,000 installment towards the hockey season fee, plus any applicable gear, and a processing fee.   The second and third installment fees will each be half of the remaining balance and be charged to your credit card on 10/1 and 11/15.   The $250 tryout and conditioning fee is non-refundable.  The $1,000 of the first installment is non-refundable if the player is selected and decides not to play for Deerfield Hockey.   All other fees are non-refundable once the season begins.  For those players who have a credit for the spring hockey season cancellation, there will be a box to check that will deduct that credit from the total hockey fees.   It will not be applied directly against the initial payment.   USA Hockey now requires all players 17 years of age or old by December 31st of the current playing season, to complete free online safe sport training (link is on our homepage) before being add to a team, and prior to participation with that team (on-ice or off-ice) with no exceptions.


Instructions

All club and team communications will be sent out via emails through this website.  You must list player and all parent emails when registering in order to receive important weekly information.  Also, any player who ordered new jerseys, socks, pants, etc, must accept and pay for those as part of this registration.  If you paid for spring hockey, and did not request a refund, then you can check the appropriate box in this registration and that amount will be deducted from your total fees.      


USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2020-2021 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
